From September 12-15, 2024, a delegation from the Georgian Dental Association (GDA) actively participated in the annual FDI World Dental Congress held in Istanbul. The GDA is a full member of the FDI World Dental Federation, with its President, Ketevan Gogilashvili, and General Secretary, Vladimer Margvelashvili, serving as representatives in the FDI Parliament.
The delegates took part in the General Assembly, where several important policy statements were adopted. Notably, many dentists from Georgia attended the congress and participated in various scientific sessions. It is with great pleasure that we highlight the successful presentation of scientific papers by Georgian dentists Tamuna Dundua and Lika Mania.
